You can find us at House No 4-31-41/82, right on the ground floor in Allwyn Colony. Being in Kukatpally means there is always noise from the street and people moving about, but we like the energy. PRINCE TECH PROPERTY SLOUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a regular office where we handle property matters. We chose the ground floor because it’s easier for people to just walk in without dealing with elevators or stairs. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we make it work. The walls are painted a plain off-white and we have some old maps of the colony pinned up. We spend most of our time dealing with the local authorities or checking on building sites. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting around and filling out forms that seem to never end. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site photos. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and we usually get our lunch from the mess around the corner. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If the power goes out, which happens now and then, we just open the windows and keep working by the natural light. It’s just how we do things here every single day.
