We’ve been here at Nanal Nagar Cross Road in Mehdipatnam for a good while now. It gets really busy around this intersection, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get somewhere. People come in and out all day long. Sometimes it feels like the waiting room never empties, but that’s just how things go here. We have a lot of different departments because there’s a need for it in this part of town. The staff tries to keep up with everything. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the beds are ready for whoever comes next. Dealing with insurance is always a headache for everyone involved, but we manage. You’ll find us right near the main crossing. The building has been through some changes over the years. We’ve had to fix things up here and there because things wear out. It isn't a fancy place with gold walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where doctors work and patients try to get better. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get here. We see a lot of families from the neighborhood. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of noise from the street traffic outside. It's just part of life in Mehdipatnam. We don't really have a big fancy reception, just the desks and the people working behind them. We just keep doing what we do every day.
