Pradeep Kumar

I’m Pradeep Kumar and I run things out of my place here in the HCL Township in Mallapur. Specifically, I'm at 342 in B-Block. Hyderabad is a big place, but this little corner is where I spend most of my time. I’ve been living and working around here for quite a bit now, so the neighbors all know me. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the middle of the city, which helps when I need to get things finished. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk and some chairs and enough space to get through the daily tasks. I started this whole thing on my own because I wanted to stay close to home and manage my own schedule. Most days, it’s just me handling everything from the phone calls to the actual work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in Hyderabad, I guess. You learn to work around it. I don't really have a big team or a corporate structure to hide behind. It is just me and the work. People in the township usually see me coming and going, and I like that it feels more like a community thing than a big business. I keep my tools and papers organized as much as I can, though it gets a bit crowded in here during the busy weeks when there is a lot to catch up on.
