You can find Praana Realty Llp over in Kondapur. We are in the Senthen Nivas building, specifically in flat 501 on the fifth floor. Rajarajeswari Nagar is a pretty active neighborhood. From our windows, we can see the skyline changing all the time. Being on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice during the summer months. We handle a variety of property matters here. It’s mostly us three or four people trying to keep up with the fast pace of Kondapur real estate. There’s always someone calling about a new listing or asking about prices in the area. We try to keep our files organized, but with so much going on, the desks usually have stacks of papers on them. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We think it’s better that way. It’s more personal. We spend a lot of time walking through different apartments and checking out construction sites nearby. Kondapur has become so popular lately that it’s hard to keep track of every new project. We do our best to stay informed. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs for a bit of exercise. It’s a normal, everyday office where we work on realty stuff for local folks.
