Poulomi Hospital

Poulomi Hospital is over at No. 3-13-100/135 in Baba Nagar, Mallapur. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm around here compared to the city center. We’ve been operating out of this building for several years now. It’s a multi-story place, though we mainly use the first couple of floors for the patients. The staff here mostly lives in Mallapur or the next suburb over, so we’re all locals. We don’t go in for big advertisements or fancy websites. We just focus on the people who come through the door. Usually, it’s mothers bringing in their kids or older folks from Baba Nagar coming for their checkups. The waiting room has some heavy wooden chairs that have been here since we opened. They’re sturdy, if a little old-fashioned. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because people are already stressed when they’re at a hospital. Sometimes the morning shift gets a bit hectic when the new patients arrive all at once. We just do our best to get to everyone as fast as we can. It’s a practical place where we know our neighbors and they know us. There’s a small tea shop just down the street where the doctors usually grab a quick drink between consultations. We’re just a part of the daily life here in Mallapur, doing our jobs and looking after the local families. It is a simple place that works hard.
