Planum Group Arch

Our office is on Kachiguda Road, right across from the police quarters here in Narayanguda. It’s easy to find if you know where the police live. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit, and it’s usually quite a mess with papers everywhere. We do architecture, but it's mostly just us trying to help people get their houses or shops sorted out. It’s not always easy because everyone wants something different. We spend most of our days staring at blue lines on a screen or sketching stuff on pieces of paper that sometimes get lost under a lunch plate. It is a small team here. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the plans for buildings around Hyderabad are solid. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout over it to talk about a design. We like the neighborhood though. There’s good tea nearby. Most days are just spent checking measurements and making sure the stairs in a drawing actually fit where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of practical stuff. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over where a wall should go or how to save a bit of space in a kitchen. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy enough without needing to be loud about what we do.
