Aspire Industries

Aspire Industries is based in Phase Iv of Ida Cherlapally, right at Plot No 31. This part of Cherlapally is always moving. We’ve got a decent-sized shed where all the work happens. It’s not particularly modern, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a few machines that have been with us since the beginning. They’re a bit loud, but they still work fine if you know how to handle them. The team here is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for years. We don't spend much time on meetings or planning. Usually, we just look at what came in and start working on it. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there, but it doesn't bother anyone. We get a lot of trucks coming in to drop off materials, so the yard can get pretty crowded. We try to keep things moving so no one gets blocked in. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around. By the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We usually close up and head home once the last order is packed. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just want to get the work done right so the customers come back. It's a simple approach but it has worked for us so far in this location. We just show up and do our best every morning.
