Peppermint Hotel

Our building is right opposite the Ranga Reddy District Collector Office in Lakdi Ka Pool. It is a very busy area of Hyderabad, 500004. There are always people coming and going because of the government offices nearby. We spend a lot of our time dealing with guests who are in town for paperwork or legal matters at the collector office. The hotel has been here for a while, and it feels like a permanent part of the street now. We have a simple routine that we follow every day. The front desk staff handles the check-ins, and the cleaning crew tries to stay ahead of the dust that comes in from the road outside. Lakdi Ka Pool is never really quiet, so you can always hear the traffic from the rooms even late at night. We don't try to hide that fact. It's just how the neighborhood is built. The rooms are basic and we try to keep the plumbing working right and the lights on for everyone. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the hotel is full of guests, but we do what we can to fix it as soon as possible. Most of the people working here have been around for a few years, so we know how to handle the busy days without getting too stressed. We aren't a luxury resort, just a place for people to stay when they have business in this part of the city. We keep the keys behind the desk and make sure the tea is hot.
