Our office is at BN-93 in Safilguda, Hyderabad. It is a bit of a distance from the main business districts, but that is fine with us. We have a decent space here where we handle HR and recruitment tasks. The area is mostly houses, so it is a bit more relaxed than being downtown. We have been operating from this spot for several years now. Inside, it is just a normal office with desks, chairs, and some old computers. We do not have any flashy signs or modern glass partitions. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It can get a bit repetitive, but we have a good group here. We usually take a break in the afternoon to walk down to the local market for some tea and snacks. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We do not use any big corporate language or fancy titles. We are just a small team trying to help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It is a simple business run out of a simple building. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves and focus on the work without any extra pressure to look a certain way. It is a very honest and straightforward place to spend the day for us.
