Pavantech Engineers

My office is right here in Pragati Appartment, specifically in Flat A-304. It’s a quiet spot in Durga Deshmukh Colony, which is nice because it lets me focus on the engineering side of things without too much noise. Pavantech Engineers started because I wanted to work on my own terms. I spend a lot of time at my desk looking at drawings and plans. It’s not a big flashy warehouse or anything. It's more of a practical space where the actual thinking happens. Usually, the day starts early with some tea and a look at the emails. I’ve lived in this area for a bit, so setting up shop here made sense. Sometimes clients come by the apartment to talk about their projects, and we just sit around the table and go through the details. I don’t use any big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. It’s just about getting the engineering right. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. I handle most of the stuff myself, from the technical work to the boring admin bits. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I enjoy the routine. The colony is friendly, and the neighbors know what I do. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what I need to accomplish every day. I try to keep everything organized, though my desk is usually covered in papers and various rulers.
