Sensa Core Medical Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. 3 in the Export Promotion Industrial Park in Pashamylaram. It's quite a drive from the main city, located in the Medak District. The industrial park is a huge place with lots of different companies, so it can feel a bit empty or lonely sometimes, especially in the evenings. We focus on making medical instruments here. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work and keeping the machines running. It’s a clean environment inside because we have to keep things precise for the instrumentation. Outside, it’s just the usual industrial scenery with dry land and other big factory buildings. Most of us commute a long way to get here every morning. We start the day with a tea and then get straight to the floor. There’s a lot of focus on the details of what we are building. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. It’s just an entrance that leads straight to where the work happens. Sometimes we have visitors coming to see the facility, and we just show them around the actual workspace. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The Medak District location gives us the space we need for the manufacturing side of things without being cramped. The roads around here can be rough on the cars, but we manage. We’ve been at this plot for a good few years now.
