PADA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at Flat 102 in the Vivekananda Nagar area of Vattinagulapally. It’s part of the PNo8 building. Shankarpally is a bit of a drive for some, but it’s where we do our daily work at PADA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The Rangareddy district keeps us pretty busy because there is always something happening with land or buildings around here. It’s not a huge corporate setup. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of files piled up. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes, which is frustrating, but that is just how it is in this part of Telangana. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people from the nearby villages who are looking for advice or help with their property. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always going full speed. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t use any fancy software for everything; a lot of our notes are still hand-written in big ledgers. People know where to find us if they need something. We’ve been in this flat for a while now and it feels like home. There’s no dress code here, just whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. We just take things one day at a time without much fuss.
