We run Pablo Cakes And Sweets Private Limited from the third floor of the Aparna Crest building. It’s located on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills, which is a pretty busy part of Hyderabad. Being up on the third floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down the elevator. Our address is 8-2-120/112/88 & 89, if you’re looking at the official records. It’s a decent space for what we do. We spend a lot of time decorating and making sure the sweets look right. It’s not always a perfect process. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out right and we have to start over. That’s just how it goes with baking. We aren't some massive corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us and our staff trying to keep things moving. The kitchen can get cramped when we have a big order, and things get a bit chaotic. We use real ingredients and don't take many shortcuts. Banjara Hills is a fast-paced area, but we try to keep our head down and just focus on the work. We've been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our goal is just to stay consistent. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't really see the point. If you want to find us, just head to Road No. 2.
