My office is over in the Mig 408 area of Kphb Colony, right near the Venkateswaraswamy Temple in the 3rd Phase. If you live in Hyderabad, you know how busy this area can get, especially on festival days when everyone is heading to the temple. I've been doing this work for quite some time now. Being a CA means a lot of paperwork and sitting at a desk, which isn't always exciting, but it's what I do. People come in with their files and boxes of receipts, mostly neighbors or small shop owners from around the colony. We sit down and try to make sense of the numbers. I don't go for any of that corporate talk you see in the big city firms. It’s just me here, making sure the tax stuff is handled and the books are straight. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. I like being in Kphb because everything is close by. You can get a good tea just around the corner. I try to be honest with people about their finances. If a situation looks messy, I say it’s messy. No point hiding the facts behind big words. It keeps things simple for everyone involved. Most days I’m here until late, especially when the deadlines are coming up fast.
