S V S & Company is based at 96, Chanda Nagar, which is part of the Trimulgherry area. It’s an interesting part of town because of the military presence nearby, which keeps the main roads relatively orderly compared to other spots. Our building is a simple two-story structure and we’ve been here for a good while now. Chanda Nagar is mostly residential, so it feels quiet in the mornings before people start heading out for their jobs. Our office is on the ground floor, making it easy to just walk in off the street without climbing stairs. We don't have a big glass front; it’s more of a traditional entrance with a heavy door. Inside, the space is divided into a couple of rooms where we keep our files and desks. It’s a bit cramped because we’ve accumulated a lot of paperwork and equipment over the years. We keep meaning to clear out the old boxes in the back, but there’s always something more urgent to do. The neighborhood has a few small grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby that we visit often. We usually see the same faces every day when we go out for a tea break. It’s a comfortable routine for the staff. We don't go in for fancy decor or any modern office trends. We have our old desks and chairs that work just fine for us. Trimulgherry can get a bit congested, but Chanda Nagar stays somewhat tucked away.
