We work out of Nampally here in Hyderabad. It is a neighborhood that everyone knows, so finding our building isn't usually a big problem for people. The office is a very modest setup where we spend our time dealing with tax forms and various financial records. We are not interested in trying to be the biggest or most famous firm in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite relaxed. You will not find anyone wearing expensive suits and trying to look important here. We are just normal people who happen to be pretty good with numbers and forms. Nampally is a busy place with lots of shops and people moving around, so there is always something to look at out the window when we take a break. We have been part of this community for a long time. Our work requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep the office quiet enough so we can actually think. Sometimes we have several clients waiting in the chairs, and other times it is just us and the paperwork. We don’t use any fancy, expensive software for everything. It is mostly just manual work and double-checking everything twice. We like that people can just come in and chat without it feeling corporate.
