P L Raju Constructions Ltd. is based out of Plot No-437 on Road No-20 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a well-known part of town, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a long while. The office isn’t as grand as some of the houses you see around here, but it serves us well for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to folks on different sites. There is always a stack of blueprints on someone’s desk and the phone never really stops ringing for long. Road No-20 can be a bit of a shortcut for some drivers, so it stays busy during the day. We have a small crew in the office, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need to say much to understand what needs to happen next. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right before anything moves forward. Jubilee Hills has a specific feel to it, and we are just another part of that landscape now. We don’t go in for anything too polished or fancy in our own workspace. It’s about the actual building work more than having a perfect office. We just show up at Plot No-437, do the math, make the calls, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady way to live and work with the same group of people.
