Down here in Hayathnagar, Hyderabad, things move at their own pace. We are Opulentus Overseas Edu Pvt Ltd. People usually just call us if they want to study somewhere else. We’ve been in this part of town long enough that the locals know where we are. It’s not like those big fancy offices in Banjara Hills. We are just a local team working out of this space. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings, which is nice. We spend our time looking at forms and checking university requirements. It sounds a bit dull when you say it like that, but it’s actually quite busy. Students come in with their parents, everyone looking a bit nervous about the future. We try to keep it calm. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. It is just about getting the papers right and knowing which school is where. Hyderabad is full of these kinds of offices, but we like our corner in Hayathnagar. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it. We drink a lot of chai and talk to a lot of students. That’s pretty much our whole day. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and a desk where we can talk properly. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us and the people who visit.
