You can find Kalva Engineers Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 17 on Road No. 8B. We are located in the Mamtha Nagar Colony area, which is a bit of a landmark for us. It’s a bit different from being in a strictly industrial zone because there is more of a local neighborhood feel around here. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the people nearby know us and the work we do. Our engineering work happens inside the gates of Plot 17. It’s a focused environment where we spend our hours solving technical problems and putting things together manually. The road outside, 8B, can get a bit narrow when trucks are trying to get through for deliveries, but we make it work somehow. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees, so everyone who works here knows each other well. We share the workload and handle the daily routine without much fuss or internal politics. There’s no big marketing team here, just engineers and staff doing their jobs to the best of their ability. We like the fact that we are tucked away in Mamtha Nagar Colony. It feels more personal and less like a cold factory. When we have a break, we might step out for a bit of air, but mostly we are inside working on the projects. It’s a straightforward life. We take the work as it comes and try to be as practical as possible.
