Online Grocery Shop

We are based out of Nizampet in Hyderabad. Even though the name is Online Grocery Shop, we are very much a local setup here in the neighborhood. It started because I noticed how much trouble people had getting their daily items without getting stuck in Hyderabad traffic. Nizampet has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. I spend most of my time organizing the orders and making sure the supplies are coming in from the wholesalers on time. We keep all the staples like rice, dals, oils, and the usual snacks that kids like. It’s a bit different from a walk-in shop because I’m often looking at a screen or a list, but the work is the same. We handle everything from this small space. Sometimes the deliveries get a bit backed up when it rains, which happens a lot here. I try to tell people to be patient, and usually, they are because they know we are just a small local team. I don’t have a big warehouse or a fleet of trucks. It’s just a few of us trying to make grocery shopping a bit less of a chore for the people living around Nizampet. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the kitchen pantries in our area stay full. It’s practical work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
