Our office is located at HIG-1 on the 2nd floor in KPHB Colony, specifically the 5th phase. This is where we manage Offhome Hotels & Resorts for the Tankbund area. It’s a busy little office in Kukatpally. There’s always someone coming in or out with some news about the properties. We aren't a high-end agency with a lobby full of plants. It’s a working space where we spend most of our day on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The 5th phase is a good spot, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. We focus on the Tankbund side of things, making sure everything is in order for people staying there. We don't go for the polished look because that's not who we are. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure the hospitality side of the business runs okay. Sometimes the tea is cold and the printer jams, but we keep going. We've been in this building for a while now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We prefer to spend our time actually working rather than worrying about how the office looks. It's a practical approach. If you’re looking for us, just head to the 2nd floor above the shops. We’re usually there until late. It's just simple, everyday work for us, and we don't mind the long hours as long as things get done.
