Offhome Hotels & Resorts (Kotipalli) Private Limited is located at HIG-1 in the 5th Phase of KPHB Colony. We are right in the heart of Kukatpally, which is one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad. Our office is in a standard residential-style building, which suits us just fine. Flashy things aren't really needed to do our jobs well. We focus specifically on the Kotipalli side of our hotel and resort business from this location. It’s just a small group of us here, and we handle everything from bookings to maintenance schedules. KPHB is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get around the city when we need to visit our properties. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Big mission statements don't really happen here. We just want to make sure the hotels are being run the right way and that everything is in order. Sometimes the traffic in Kukatpally is a real headache, but we’ve learned to plan our days around it. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know. Being part of the local community in the 5th Phase is something we enjoy. Most days we just come in, have our tea, and get to work on whatever needs our attention. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we’re okay with that.
