We set up shop on the 2nd floor of HIG-1 in the 5th phase of KPHB Colony. Kukatpally is a big place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the landmarks. We run Offhome Hotels & Resorts from here. It's a bit of a trek up to the second floor, but it's where we do all our planning. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of computers and a lot of files. We deal with properties and guest stays, mostly focusing on the Kamareddy side of things even though our main office is here in Kukatpally. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don't have a big corporate team with suits and ties. We’re usually just in our regular clothes, trying to stay cool when the power goes out. The neighbors in KPHB are nice enough. Sometimes we share snacks during the afternoon break. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything like that. We just provide a service and try to keep things honest. Some days the paperwork is a mess, and we have to spend the whole evening sorting it out. That's just part of the deal. We like the area because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare. It’s a real business run by real people who just want to do a decent job for everyone who visits us.
