Our Novotel location is over in Vikas Nagar Colony in the Nagaram area of Hyderabad. The pin code is 500062. It’s tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more residential than the big central business districts. This means we get a lot of local folks coming by as well as travelers who are looking for something a bit quieter. The building itself is busy, and we have people working around the clock to keep everything running. It’s a lot of moving parts. You have the kitchen, the rooms, and the lobby, and something is always needing attention. We don't try to make it sound like some dream world. It’s just a hotel where we try to keep the rooms clean and the guests fed. The staff here are mostly local people from around Hyderabad. We deal with the usual issues like leaky taps or busy check-in times when everyone arrives at once. Nagaram is growing fast, so there is always construction noise nearby or new shops opening up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just stay focused on what’s happening inside our walls. It’s a practical place to work, and we all know our roles. We aren't interested in being fancy for the sake of it; we just want the guests to have what they need for a decent night.
