You can find Novelty Furnishing over in Himayat Nagar, right in Papalal Chambers. We are across from the Maruthi showroom on Liberty Road, which makes us pretty easy to spot if you know the area. The shop has been here for quite some time. We sell things for the home, mostly fabrics and curtains and that sort of stuff. It is a bit of a maze inside because we have so many rolls of cloth tucked into every corner. We try to keep things organized, but when we get a new shipment, it takes a few days to get everything in its place. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we have plenty of space in the front to show off the materials. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you are looking for something specific for your windows or your sofa, we usually have to dig through the stacks to find it. People in Himayat Nagar have been coming to us for years. We aren't a big chain store, just a local business doing our thing. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we can't get to it fast enough, but we try our best. We just like helping people pick out fabrics that don't cost a fortune. It's a simple setup we have here on Liberty Road and we hope to stay here for a long time.
