Niti Contec

Niti Contec is located over at Plot No 158 in the Cherlapally area. We are specifically situated in Phase 3 of the I D A, which is a pretty busy industrial patch in the Rangareddy district. The place is basically a working site where we spend the majority of our daylight hours. It is not some shiny corporate office with glass walls, just a practical and functional space where the actual work happens. Being in Cherlapally means we are surrounded by plenty of other units and sheds, so it gets fairly noisy with trucks and heavy machinery moving around throughout the day. We have been based here for some time now and the location works well for what we do. There is enough room on our plot to manage our daily tasks without everyone stepping on each other's toes. The roads around this part of Phase 3 can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when the rains hit, but that is just how things are in this part of town. We do not spend much time on fancy decor or trying to make the place look like a showroom. It is a strictly functional environment. Our team shows up, does the work, and goes home at the end of the shift. We try to keep things simple and stay organized despite the busy nature of the industrial zone. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own production, so there is always a lot of activity happening around Plot 158.
