Nidaahil Properties Private Limited

We are located in Palm Springs, specifically at unit 205 in Phase-1. This is out in Kompally, which is a bit of a drive from the city center but it’s a lot quieter here. Nidaahil Properties Private Limited is basically just us working through the local real estate market every day. The Palm Springs area is quite decent, and we like being based here. We handle a lot of different things related to houses and land. Most of our work involves answering emails or taking people out to see different sites around this side of town. It can get pretty busy on the weekends when everyone is free to look at property. Our office is fairly simple, nothing too crazy or modern. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. People in Kompally are generally looking for a bit more space, and we try to help them find that. We’ve been in this office for a while, so we’ve seen Phase-1 fill up. It’s interesting to see how the landscape changes when new buildings go up. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything like that. We just talk to people and see what they are looking for. Usually, we have some coffee going and some papers spread out over the table. It’s a real place with real people working hard.
