We’ve been running this shop at 21-3-651 in Chela pura for a good while now. It’s right in the middle of the Chelapura-Charminar area, which is always busy with people and traffic. Most mornings, I come in and open the shutters, sweep the front, and get things ready for the day. It’s not a big corporate store. We just have racks of clothes that we think people around here will like to wear. Some days are loud because of the autos honking outside, but that’s just life in Hyderabad 500002. We don’t have fancy lighting or expensive displays. It’s just us and the stock we have on the shelves. Sometimes my cousin comes by to help out when it gets crowded. We get a lot of locals who live in the nearby lanes. They stop by to see what’s new or just to chat for a bit. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a fabric isn't great, we'll tell you. Most of our customers come because they saw the shop while walking to the Charminar. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. We just stay here until late evening, usually until the street starts to quiet down a bit. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us. We like it here.
