Neuance Duty Free Retail Stores

Our place is Hno-Lig 30 in the A.P.I.I.C Colony. This is over in Ida Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. It’s more of a residential-style building that we use for Neuance Duty Free Retail Stores. Being in Jeedimetla means we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity, but the colony itself is a bit quieter. The house number is 30, so it’s easy enough to find once you get into the right lane. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out, so the front area is usually quite busy with boxes and deliveries. It isn't a polished showroom or a fancy mall office. It’s more like a warehouse and office mix where we manage the retail side of things. We have a few staff members who live nearby and walk to work. The tea lady comes by every morning and afternoon, which is the highlight of the day for some of us. We use the rooms for storage and some desk space for the accounts. It gets pretty dusty because of the factories nearby, so we are always cleaning the shelves. We don't really have a lobby or a reception area. If you come by, you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We just focus on getting the stock sorted and the paperwork filed without much fuss. The neighbors are used to seeing trucks pull up near the gate.
