We have our office in Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills. It is on Road No 8, Type C, Plot No 10/A. It is a well-known part of Hyderabad, very close to Shaikpet. A lot of people think Film Nagar is all about the movie stars and big mansions, but for us, it is just where we come to work every morning. We do resorts and real estate. It is a lot of looking at plots and talking about land. The office is comfortable, but we aren't there to show off to anyone. We spend a lot of time driving out to different sites anyway. Road No 8 is usually busy with cars going back and forth. We have got a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or a gym in the building. We just have a kettle and some desks. It is a practical way to run things. The Telangana weather can be tough when we are out on the sites, so the office is a good place to cool down and get the paperwork finished. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. You get used to the hills and the winding roads around here. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have. It is not always easy, but we keep at it. No big missions or corporate goals, just real estate and resort work.
