I’m Naresh Babu and I run Kavya 9 Realtors from my house here at number 3-124. We are situated very close to the police station in the R J Nr Mandal area. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the station is. I started this because I knew a lot about the local land and houses in our town. It’s not a big corporate setup. Mostly, it’s just me and a couple of helpers. People come by the house when they want to buy a bit of land or if they have a house they need to lease out. We sit on the porch or in the front room and go over the details. It's informal. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know who owns what and which plots are good for building. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a chat even if they aren't looking for property. That's just how it is in our mandal. It gets busy during the harvest season when people have a bit of extra money to invest. I try to keep track of everything in my ledger, though sometimes my handwriting is a bit messy. It’s straightforward work. No hidden stuff, just helping folks find what they need. If I'm not at the house, I'm probably out at a site showing someone a boundary line or talking to the local surveyor. My wife usually brings out some water or tea for the guests. We don't have a fancy lobby, just some plastic chairs and a wooden table. It’s how we like to do things here. People trust us because they know where we live and who we are. It’s a small town feel even when the business gets a bit complicated and requires a lot of paperwork.
