R.K. Surgicals

R.K. Surgicals is tucked away in the Gadwal Compound, right there on Nampally Station Road. If you know where Hotel Kamat is, we're basically right near it. It's a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people always rushing to the station. We’ve been operating out of No. 5-8-105/E for some time. We handle surgical items and medical supplies. It’s not a glamorous job, but hospitals and clinics need this stuff, so we keep the shelves stocked. The office isn't anything special. It’s mostly boxes and paperwork piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in. We spend a lot of our day checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It can be a bit stressful when someone needs something urgently and the delivery is stuck in Nampally traffic. We just do our bit. We aren't doctors ourselves, we just make sure the tools they use are available. People often stop by because they’re in the area for the hotels or the trains. It’s a good spot for us. The walls are a bit faded and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it’s home for the workday. We don’t do much advertising. Most folks find out about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our sign when they're walking toward the station. It’s a plain, honest operation. We just keep our heads down and work.
