Our shop is located at No. 5-4-451 on Nampally Station Road in the Priol area. All India Surgical Company has been here for a long time. It’s a busy street with people constantly rushing to catch their trains at the station. We deal in all sorts of surgical items and medical supplies. The storefront is packed with glass cases showing various instruments. It’s a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we try to keep things tidy. We have customers who have been coming to us for decades. They know they can find the basic stuff they need without any hassle. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or any fancy social media. We just answer the phone and talk to people who walk in. The building itself is quite old, with high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors. We spend our time checking the stock and helping regular customers find specific items. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find something rare. It’s a traditional way of doing business. We don't overcomplicate things with big marketing talk. If we have it, we sell it at the price marked. Nampally Station Road is a noisy place, but inside the shop, it feels a bit more settled. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, day in and day out, serving the medical community. It’s a long day but we like the pace.
