We have been set up at P-4/1 on Road No 1 in the Nacharam Industrial Area for quite some time now. It is a proper industrial zone, so there is always trucks and noise around the building. We manufacture pumps and other industrial equipment here. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and a bit greasy, which is expected in this line of work. We have got a team that has been doing this for years. They know the machines inside out. It isn't a quiet office job; there is always the sound of metal and tools. We mostly deal with agricultural and industrial clients who need reliable gear for their projects. The office part is just a few rooms tucked away from the main production area. We keep our records there and handle the sales. Nacharam is a good spot for us because it is easy for transport and logistics. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just wipe it down and keep going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because they have used our pumps before or heard about us from others. It is a practical business. We show up, do the work, and make sure the products are solid. The building itself is an older one, but it does the job. We prefer it that way—no frills, just honest manufacturing work every day. It gets hot in the summer but the fans keep us going.
