Balkar Singh is located on the first floor of Plot No. 61 in Nagarjuna Hills. This part of Panjagutta is quite hilly, as the name suggests. It’s a mix of residential and small offices. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs of the building. It’s not a fancy office complex with an elevator. We have a few rooms that we’ve set up for our work. The windows look out over the street, which is usually lined with parked cars and scooters. Panjagutta is a central area, so it’s always lively. We have a simple desk near the window where we handle most of the paperwork. The office feels lived-in, with stacks of books and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. We don't have a formal dress code or a big reception desk. Usually, if the door is open, you can just walk in. We spend our mornings answering calls and our afternoons sorting through the tasks for the next day. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so we keep the blinds down to stay cool. We like the neighborhood because there are good places to get snacks nearby. It’s a quiet, steady kind of operation we have here at Plot No. 61. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town, just doing our job correctly and staying honest with everyone.
