We are set up in the IDA Nacharam area of Hyderabad. It’s a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and workshops. Kakati Karshak Industries Pvt. Ltd. fits right in here. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass front. Our space is all about utility. We work on various industrial products and parts that keep other businesses going. It’s a lot of metal, some grease, and plenty of hard work. Our team is mostly made up of people who have been in the trade for a long time. We don't have meetings about innovation or strategy. We just have meetings about what needs to be finished by Friday. The office is a small room off the main floor where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s usually a bit dusty because of all the activity nearby, but that’s normal for Nacharam. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are saving the world. We just make parts and sell them to people who need them. Most of our customers are other businesses in the same estate or nearby. We've built up a decent reputation just by showing up every day and doing what we said we would do. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines.
