You can find Ms Real Estates at 1-9-14 in Ramakrishna Nagar, which is part of the Madinaguda area. We’ve been tucked away on this street for quite some time now. The office is a small place, mostly just a few chairs and a lot of folders full of land documents. We spend our days talking to folks from around the neighborhood who are thinking about buying or selling something. Madinaguda has seen a lot of growth lately, and it’s kept us pretty busy. We don’t have a fancy website or a big team of sales people. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting here, answering the phone and writing things down in our ledgers. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat about how the property prices are going up. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a piece of land has an issue, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. The street outside can get a bit noisy when school lets out, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to work. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the local regulations, which seem to change every other month. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but we like being here in Ramakrishna Nagar and helping people figure out their real estate stuff without any big talk.
