M/S Hindustan Dorr- Oliver Ltd

M/S Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd is basically us working out of Flat 304 in the Aditya Elite building. It’s right there in Somajiguda, which is a pretty busy part of Hyderabad if you know the area. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked away in Block A. The building is okay, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done for what we need. Most days start with someone struggling to find a good parking spot near B.S. Makhta before heading up. We handle a lot of the technical side of things here, mostly paperwork and coordinating different projects that are happening elsewhere. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. The address says Hyderabad 500016 but some mail ends up with the 500073 code, which is a bit of a headache sometimes. People come in, have their tea, and get to it. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at our desks, answering calls and making sure the numbers look right. Somajiguda is always loud outside, so we keep the windows shut usually. It feels like a regular place where people just show up to do their jobs and then go home to their families. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from this balcony. It’s just how things go for a business like ours.
