Ahlada Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Bahadurpally at Sy. No. 66/68. It is a bit of a drive into the Qutubullapur area, away from the main city of Hyderabad. The site is quite large because we need the space for the heavy engineering work. You will hear the sound of welding and cranes moving things around most of the day. There is a lot of metal scrap piled up in certain areas of the yard. Our office is a separate brick building near the main gate. It is a dusty place because of all the trucks moving on the dirt paths around the site. We have a bunch of blue-tinted windows that don't really block the sun very well. The staff wears heavy boots and hard hats because safety is just part of the routine here. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and checking the measurements on the fabrications. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a nice shirt. The R. R. District gets very dry and hot, so we have a lot of big fans in the workshop. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting the pieces put together correctly. Most of our workers live in the nearby villages and have been with us for a long time. It is steady work in a part of town that is still growing.
