Moonstring Fashion Jewellery is what we call our little store on Function Hall Lane in Madhura Nagar. We are at Shop No.2, right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Being on Function Hall Lane means we see a lot of people going to weddings and parties nearby. This is why we decided to set up a jewellery shop in this specific spot. The shop itself is quite small, but we use the walls to hang up as much as we can. We have earrings, bangles, and other fashion pieces scattered around in the display cases. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. We spend our mornings checking the stock and seeing if anything broke during transport. Madhura Nagar is a place with a lot of energy. We don't have any big corporate policies or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we have to use a rechargeable light to keep things going. It’s just part of living and working in Hyderabad. We try to keep the prices written clearly on small stickers so there isn't any confusion. Most of our customers are women from the local houses who need something for a function. We enjoy the chat and the daily rhythm of the lane. It’s a simple business run by regular people who just want to do their job well.
