We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and the main hall serves as the primary workspace. The balcony gives us a little bit of fresh air when things get busy. Tarnaka is a decent area to be in, with enough shops and places to eat within walking distance. We don't have a big reception area or fancy branding on the walls. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and the work that needs to get done. Sometimes the elevator in Balaji Residency is a bit slow, so some of us just take the stairs to the fourth floor for a bit of exercise. It’s a very grounded, practical way to run a business.
