Monster.Com (Middle East Operations)

This branch handles the Middle East stuff for Monster.Com, but we operate out of Rafath Cottage in Dilshadnagar Colony. It’s right there on the ground floor. It might sound like a big corporate thing because of the name, but this specific office is pretty grounded. We’re located in Reti Bowli, which is a busy spot in Hyderabad. The office is basically a converted house, so it has that lived-in feel. We spend our days dealing with job postings and talking to people across different time zones. It gets a bit hectic in the afternoons when the Middle East offices start their day. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the rooms and the wiring is a bit of a mess under the tables. We don't have a canteen or anything, so we usually just bring lunch from home or go out to the local spots nearby. The cottage is an old building, so it has some character, even if the air conditioning is a bit loud sometimes. It’s not a shiny glass tower. It’s just a place where people come to work. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows what they’re doing. It’s practical and straightforward. We don’t go in for all the corporate jargon or long speeches. We just focus on getting the lists updated and making sure everything runs. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are friendly enough.
