The office is managed by M Jagadish Babu and a small group of us who handle the property side of things. It is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something happening right outside our window. The office itself is quite plain, with just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a lot of property maps pinned to the walls. We spend a good portion of our day talking to people who are looking for a place or trying to sort out their paperwork. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of time on the phone. We do not have a fancy showroom or a big glass storefront. We are just a local business that has been part of the Malakpet community for a long time. People around here know us, and we know the area like the back of our hands. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics or fancy marketing language to convince anyone. We just show the properties as they are and let people make up their own minds. It is a lot of hard work and walking around the city, but it is what we know how to do.
