We are located on the third floor of Sri Sai Heights in Old Mla Colony. King Koti is a pretty central part of the city, so it’s easy for people to reach us, even if the parking around here is a bit of a nightmare. Flat No 302 is where we do all our drawing and planning. It’s mostly just a few tables with computers and a big printer for the blueprints. We drink a lot of tea while we look over designs. The walls are covered with old projects we’ve worked on over the years. It’s not a flashy office with modern furniture, just some sturdy chairs and plenty of light from the windows. We spend a lot of time arguing over technical details or checking regulations to make sure everything is right. Being engineers, we tend to focus more on the numbers than the decor. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, unless we are having a meeting about a new project. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but our office stays pretty much the same. We just show up, do the calculations, and try to get the work done on time for whoever walks through the door and needs our help with their plans.
