We handle a lot of the engineering and development coordination from this specific plot. It’s not a corporate headquarters type of place; it’s more like a hub where the actual work gets managed. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good for the Hyderabad heat. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just manage the projects as they come. It’s a grounded place with people who have been in the industry for years. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and keep things organized without too much fuss. That is the way we operate here every day.
