You can find us at Plot No. 113 in the Lecturer’s Colony in Hayath Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential and fairly quiet compared to the center of Hyderabad. Gvpr Engineers Limited set up here because it’s a good location for our staff to reach. The office is a standard building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a mix of computer stations and drawing boards. Engineering is a lot of details, and we spend hours looking at those details. Sometimes we get frustrated when things don't align, but that’s just the nature of the job. We have a small garden area in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the summer heat makes it hard. The people here are a mix of young graduates and older guys who have been in the field for thirty years. We learn from each other. There’s no big corporate hierarchy where you can’t talk to the boss. We all sit pretty close to each other. Lunch is usually a group affair, with people sharing whatever they brought from home. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We build things, or at least we plan how they should be built. It’s practical, sometimes boring, but always necessary. We’re glad to be part of the community here in Hayath Nagar. It's a good place to spend our days.
