We’re located in Old Santoshnagar Colony in Hyderabad, right next to the Baptist Church. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here. Our office at Gvpr Engineers Limited is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It gives it a very different feel than a glass office building. You can hear the church bells and the kids playing in the street. We’ve been here long enough that all the neighbors know us. The rooms are filled with desks and tall cabinets full of engineering documents. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, but it works for us. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and someone usually brings in snacks to share. The parking on the street can be a nightmare during church services, so we’ve learned to plan around that. We do engineering work, which means a lot of technical discussions and long meetings around a wooden table that’s seen better days. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We aren't big on formalities here. We just want to get the engineering right so the projects stay on track. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve had the same core team for a long time, so we all know how each other works. It’s not fancy, but it is home for us during the day. We just do our bit.
