MKSSJAS PROPERTY LLP

Our office for MKSSJAS Property LLP is located on Road Number 22B in Jubilee Hills. It’s a specific spot, Plot Number 396, which can be a little tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the house numbers. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. It’s a busy area of Shaikpet, and the traffic around here really picks up in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling property documents and making phone calls to different owners. There’s always a stack of files on the table that needs sorting. We don't really go for the corporate look. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need to get done. People come in to talk about land or houses in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend a lot of time walking or driving between different sites. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby when we have a break. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t spend much on decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just get the work finished. Dealing with property in Hyderabad is a full-time job with all the developments happening constantly. We just try to stay on top of the local listings and help out where we can. There are busy days and quiet ones, but the paperwork never really stops for us.
