We are based at Flat No. 502 in the Keshav Estate Apartments. The building is located in Kavuri Hills, which is part of the Madhapur area in Hyderabad, 500033. Shalvi Srivastava is the name you might see associated with the spot. It is a nice enough building with a good view of the neighborhood from the fifth floor. Madhapur is usually very busy with all the tech stuff going on, but Kavuri Hills is a bit tucked away from the heaviest traffic. Our office for Minerva Research India Pvt Ltd is basically a converted flat. We have a main room where most of the desks are and a smaller side room for storage. It’s nothing fancy, just a workspace. We have a lot of books and papers scattered around because of the research work. The elevator works most of the time, which is good for everyone. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s just casual clothes and hard work every day. Being in Kavuri Hills means we have some decent places to walk to for a quick break. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine is pretty set. It’s a functional place for a small team to get things done without a lot of fuss or unnecessary noise from the main road.
