Minerva Grand

We are located on Sarojini Devi Road in Secunderabad. It’s a major road, so there’s always something going on outside our doors in the 500003 area. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time now. The building is a big part of the street, and we try to keep it looking decent for the people passing by. It’s a busy place, and we have a lot of different people coming and going every day. We don't have a big corporate team running things from a distance. It's just us here on the ground, making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. Some days are chaotic, especially when there’s a lot of traffic on Sarojini Devi Road, but we’re used to it. The staff is mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to guests. We just try to be helpful and get them what they need without making a big deal out of it. The lobby has seen a lot of feet walk across it, and the furniture has some wear and tear, but it’s a comfortable place to be. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the city. We’re just a solid, reliable spot in Secunderabad where you can find us every single day. It’s a lot of work, but we like the bustle of being right in the middle of everything. We keep the kettle going for tea.
